Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
(1) Cancellations, returns, and exchanges due to customer preferences are not accepted. However, if the product has an initial defect (e.g., an obvious defect based on product specifications or if a product different from the one ordered is delivered), we will accept returns or exchanges if you contact customer support within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns and exchanges are not accepted if the product has been used, if tags or accessories are missing, or if we determine that a return or exchange is inappropriate. (2) Shipping costs for returns of products purchased through this site are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is due to reasons attributable to us, we will reimburse the shipping costs.
