Once the order has been facilitated, it will be shipped with JP post (tracking included). Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Custom charges is not included in the shipping costs and any custom charges will be in the responsibility of the buyer.

If there is an error made with the order such as wrong sizing or garment please contact us via email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
As per circumstance above. please ensure that the product is in its original state with the box and garment tag still attached. We will refuse any items that have been washed or altered.
